We hope you all had a wonderful celebration last night without to much recovery today.
I love the concept of turning comics into movies. This evening we watched Ghost Rider from Marvel with Nicholas Cage. Awesomely done I must say. The special effects were pretty right on; John’s bike turning into this mean machine and John turning into the Ghost Rider. One lil’ aspect, right at the beginning, kind of left me wondering about the writer, who in this case is also the director. It’s when John supposedly sells his soul to Mephistopheles. He’s holding the deed to his soul and begins to read it when he gets peireced by the scroll roll and his blood drips onto the document. That’s trickery and although Mephistopheles is somewhat deceitful, he by no means takes a soul in such a manner. He is bound by a universal law that will not allow him to do so. Ah, such is the fantasy world. It was good to see Sam Elliot again.
Since it was my first time watching the movie I will be watching it again and again until its melded with my brain
The theme song is already embedded as I recall hearing it when I was a child.
